Please join us for the inaugural live recording of the acclaimed Plum Village podcast The Way Out Is In at Conway Hall in London, on Friday night, April 5th.

Zen monk Brother Phap Huu and leadership coach Jo Confino will take us on a mindful journey into what it truly means to step into freedom.

The evening at the Conway Hall in central London will include an interactive question and answer session.

The event is organised by a team of volunteers and 100% of surplus made will be going to the Plum Village Construction fund.

About the Podcast

The Way Out Is In podcast series was created to make the teachings and practices of world-renowned Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh applicable to our everyday lives in order to help us transform our suffering and find greater stability and peace.

The podcast has already had well over two millions listens, sits at number two in the buddhism section of Apple podcasts, and has a five star rating from the 1,700 reviews on Spotify.

Recordings normally take place around the kitchen table of Thich Nhat Hanh’s cosy Sitting Still Hut, situated within the Plum Village monastery in the South West of France.

I love the ease and humor mixed with profound insights of The Way Out is In. It always takes me deeper into the experience of life, and leaves me enriched.

A source of light in my darkness. A source of hope in my despair. A source of understanding & embracing energy in my discriminative world.

Li Ming
Podcast Listener

Just like the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh, this podcast is simple, approachable, and endlessly deep. Peaceful and gently challenging. I always come away a little better after listening.

Letting go gives us freedom, and freedom is the only condition for happiness. If, in our heart, we still cling to anything; anger, anxiety, or possessions – we cannot be free.

Thich Nhat Hanh

This event is co-organised by Plum Village (UK), a registered charity and Wake Up London. Ticket prices will contribute towards the costs of running the event

If you are working for any social, political or environmental cause, you are also warmly invited to join our changemakers event on Sunday, April 7th.
