Dear friends,
You are warmly invited to a cosy Musical evening on Saturday 6th April from 7.45 to 9.30 pm. The concert will be led by Joe Holtaway and feature artists from Peace Sounds.
This will be an opportunity relax, chat and hear performances by friends in our sangha.
This is event is lovingly organised by Wake Up London but open to adults of all ages.
We look forward to seeing you!
The Organising Team
The day is co-organised by Plum Village UK, a registered charity and Wake Up London. Ticket prices will contribute towards the costs of running the event.
The event is a concert and no food will be served.
Unfortunately children are not able to attend the day due to the layout of the location. We are hoping to organise a separate event for the Family Sangha on Sunday in the Quaker House.
If this is a barrier to you, please contact us and we will try to find a way to cover the cost of the ticket. We cannot promise we will be able to.
The closest tube stations to Crypt on the Green is Farringdon tube and train station (6 mins walk).
The tube station is reachable on the Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan line as well as the Elizabeth Line.
If you’re coming from outside of London you may be able to take a train directly to Farringdon train station.
Sangha Concert: 7.45pm-9.45pm
We regret that there is no step-free access at the Crypt on the Green. Friends who need step-free access are invited to join the monastic events on Friday or Sunday.
The costs of this event reflect the minimum ticket price needed to facilitate a growing community in central London locations. Similarly, we are making a contribution to the cost of living of the monastics, in gratitude for that which they offer.
On the day, there will be an opportunity to make a donation to the Being Peace Centre project and the Plum Village Construction Fund.
