When and What: 

Afternoons of mindfulness with Wake Up London in the tradition of Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th Saturdays of the month, 2.15pm to 5pm for 16-35 ish year olds. Suitable for newcomers and existing practitioners.

UPDATE: For the 1st Saturdays of the next 4 months (July to October 2017) we are experimenting with holding gatherings for our facilitators and greeters only so no public Afternoons of Mindfulness on these days. We are doing this to nourish our volunteers who make the afternoons possible.

Evenings of mindfulness – Heart of London sangha’s weekly session in the tradition of  Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh every Thursday  for ALL AGES. Suitable for existing practitioners and those who have attended the mornings or afternoons on Saturdays. 

Mornings of mindfulness – Heart of London sangha’s weekly session in the tradition of Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh on Saturdays at 10.30am to 1pm for ALL ages. Suitable for newcomers and existing practitioners.

Where: Westminster Quaker Meeting House, 8 Hop Gardens, off St Martin’s Lane, London, WC2N 4EH. It is near Trafalgar Square, between Leicester Square and Charing Cross Tube stations. Look for ‘Gymbox’ sign.
