When and What: 

Afternoons of mindfulness – Wake Up London’s weekly sessions to practice mindfulness in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh on Saturdays at 2.15pm to 5.00pm for 16-35 ish year olds. Suitable for newcomers and existing practitioners.

Evenings of mindfulness – Heart of London sangha’s weekly session to practice mindfulness in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh every Thursday  for ALL AGES. Suitable for existing practitioners and those who have attended the mornings or afternoons on Saturdays. 

Mornings of mindfulness – Heart of London sangha’s weekly session to practice mindfulness in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh on Saturdays at 10.30am to 1pm for ALL ages. Suitable for newcomers and existing practitioners. *May not be running on 24th and 31st December – check website. 

Where: Westminster Quaker Meeting House, 8 Hop Gardens, off St Martin’s Lane, London, WC2N 4EH. It is near Trafalgar Square, between Leicester Square and Charing Cross Tube stations. Look for ‘Gymbox’ sign.
