So we’ve been chopping and changing a little bit recently. Here is a handy guide to what is happening when. All sessions at Westminster Quaker Meeting House, 8 Hop Gardens from 2.15pm until 5.00pm unless otherwise stated.

From time to time we might have to change things at the last minute (for example if we have no-one to facilitate) we’ll aim to do this by the end of Friday at the latest, so please check this page before you come. (We’ll try to send out an email to the mailing list too if there are last-minute changes –you can join it here)

The London Mindfulness hub is happening in May 2019 where Plum Village Monastics will be offering several opportunities to practice, leading a series of events and retreats – for more info and booking see here.
