So we’ve been chopping and changing a little bit recently. Here is a handy guide to what is happening when. All sessions at Westminster Quaker Meeting House, 8 Hop Gardens from 2.15pm until 5.00pm unless otherwise stated.

From time to time we might have to change things at the last minute (for example if we have no-one to facilitate) we’ll aim to do this by the end of Friday at the latest, so please check this page before you come. (We’ll try to send out an email to the mailing list too if there are last-minute changes –you can join it here)

June
2nd – rest (we may organise something if people have energy to – watch this space). You invited to attend Heart of London Sangha practice 10.30am-1pm followed by a shared vegan mindful lunch.

9th – regular session (for people that have been before)
16th – regular session with explanation (for everyone including newcomers)
23rd – regular session (for people that have been before)

30th – regular session (for people that have been before)

May
5th – No usual Wake Up Afternoon of Mindfulness. Heart of London Sangha practice 10.30am-1pm 
followed by a shared vegan mindful lunch. In the afternoon Katy will have a Be-In celebration for her birthday which you’re invited to attend.
12th – regular session (for people that have been before)
19th –
special practice session (all invited to attend) with our monastics, schedule:
2:30pm Singing and guided meditation
3pm Dharma talk
3.45pm Dharma sharing in small groups
5pm Walking meditation
5.30pm Break time, please bring vegan/vegetarian food to share 🙂
6-9pm Be-In celebration with the first half of the evening led by the monastics. We will enjoy tea and cookies in mindful silence then there will be sharing, songs, live music, poems and other offerings. Please if inspired do bring your instruments and other creative offering to share at this celebration, you can let a member of the hub team know on the day.
