So we’ve been chopping and changing a little bit recently. Here is a handy guide to what is happening when. All sessions at Westminster Quaker Meeting House, 8 Hop Gardens from 2.15pm until 5.00pm unless otherwise stated.

From time to time we might have to change things at the last minute (for example if we have no-one to facilitate) we’ll aim to do this by the end of Friday at the latest, so please check this page before you come. (We’ll try to send out an email to the mailing list too if there are last-minute changes –you can join it here)

We are closely following the  government recommendations regarding the COVID-19 virus and we have undertaken a risk assessment for our return to Westminster Quaker Meeting House.  For the next  four weeks we will alternate between face-to-face and online afternoons of mindfulness practice on Saturdays.
