Being part of a community is central to Wake Up London and there are many ways to connect, support and contribute. We rely on and deeply appreciate the inspiration, energy and talents of our volunteers. By giving us your time and energy, you’re making a real and valuable contribution to our collective vision of a grassroots community of youth practising mindfulness for a healthy and compassionate society.

Volunteering with Wake Up London is to bring our mindfulness practice into service for the community, our society and the planet. It doesn’t just mean following instructions or getting stuff done – it means working together in the spirit of brotherhood and sisterhood, and to support each other’s aspirations and practice, using the Five Mindfulness Trainings at the heart of everything we do.

It’s best to come along to our Afternoons of Mindfulness on Saturdays regularly for some months before volunteering. Email us for more information.
