There are many ways to get involved with Wake Up London:
Explore and practice mindfulness with us
Join our afternoons of mindfulness for young people on Saturdays (on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and sometimes 5th Saturdays of the month) guided by volunteer peer facilitators. There are also evenings of mindfulness on Thursdays and mornings of mindfulness on Saturdays hosted by our sister community for all ages, Heart of London Sangha.
Also, see all events for retreats, talks and flash mobs.
You may find it helpful to read our newcomers’ guide if you’ll be coming to a meeting for the first time. Read it here.

Would you like to support Wake Up London and become more engaged? Here’s how.
Share with us
Do you have something to share with us related to your life with the practice? Your sharings can be in the form of words, poetry, artwork, songs, spoken word, videos and music and can go on the blog. We’d love to hear from you! Email us.
We rely upon donations to help fund the work we do, pay for the rent of the room we practice in and support future events and initiatives. Donate here.
