A weekend retreat spent at the beautiful Friends Meeting House in Hampstead, North London. Friends from Wake Up UK, Young Friends (Quakers) and World Community for Christian Meditation gathered together to explore each other’s meditation practices. We also had the honour of having Sister Bac Nghiem from Plum Village and Sister Annabel from the European Institute of Applied Buddhism with us.
