Dharma teacher, Michael Schwammberger will guide practices which includes:

10.30am to 1pm:

Sitting meditation
Walking meditation
Mindful movements
Sharing (potentially in smaller groups)

1pm onwards:

Picnic lunch with mindful eating in silence for first 20 minutes. Then informal time which can include singing and sharing of songs, music, poetry, games…

Meeting point

We will meet at 10.15am in Kensington Gardens on the lawn just by Black Lion Gate, which is almost opposite Queensway tube station (on the Central Line). We will walk to our sitting location together.

There is also a bus stop on Bayswater Rd near this gate. The toilets are by the gate, with the entrance from the street.

Our sitting location is 10 minutes away. If you arrive later, to find us, you take a diagonal path starting from the park’s corner by the gate and walk until the crossing with the second diagonal path. We’ll be there on the left, by the big tree, or nearby (if this spot is already taken).
