No need to book, please just turn up!
When: Every Saturday 2:30pm to 5:00pm. Please arrive from 2:15pm for a prompt start. If you are late, please do not enter the room as this disturbs the meditation. Wait until walking meditation starts around 3.00pm-3.15pm.
Where: Friends Meeting House, 8 Hop Gardens, off 52 St Martin’s Lane (near Trafalgar Square, between Leicester Square and Charing Cross Tube stations). The entrance is at number 8 Hop Gardens, the lane that runs off St Martin’s Lane next to Gymbox.
For: Young people aged from 16 to 35 from experience levels, background, religion, faith or of none. You are also welcome to attend the Mornings of Mindfulness with the Heart of London Sangha, a community for all ages.
Cost: Voluntary donation to cover the rent of room and support future projects and events, however we never turn anyone away if they cannot make a financial contribution.
Bring: Mats and chairs are available at the venue. Feel free to bring your own cushion and mat/stool.
